This week’s One Question might be the simplest one yet. And also the one I personally need to ask…over and over again:
What would this look like if it were easy?
I was raised (like many of us) to believe that struggle equals worth. That good things are only earned through effort, exhaustion, and hustle. And while yes, some things are hard and worth doing, not everything needs to feel like a grind.
In this episode, I share how I’ve been learning to let things be easier.
To bring less of myself to tasks that don’t require my whole soul.
To stop jumping in to fix things other people created.
To allow ease to be… enough.
🎧 Click the image below to give it a listen. It’s just under 6 minutes. A soft but subversive little reminder that effort is not the only measure of meaning.
Let me know what it opens up for you.
And if your body exhaled just reading the title—you already have your answer.
