As the seasons shift, so does our energy. Spring is a time of renewal, an invitation to refocus, reset, and step into new possibilities. Over the past few months, I have been balancing my fractional leadership role while continuing to coach and consult. This experience has reinforced a truth I have always known: strong leadership is not just about strategy. It is about clarity, communication, and the courage to navigate change.
Whether you are leading a team, growing a business, or seeking more alignment in your life, this season is a perfect time to reflect on what is working and where you need a breakthrough. Let’s dive in.

On a Personal Note
London is in bloom, and with it comes that unmistakable shift. There is a sense of renewal, a feeling of possibility, and the world waking up after a long season of stillness. Like many of you my thoughts are on the world and what the changes we are experiencing me for me, my people, and the clients I serve.
Whether I am helping a young mother navigate self-doubt, guiding a founder through strategic shifts, or supporting a leader through burnout recovery, the common thread is always connection and growth. I’m always on the look out for ways that we can each get more opportunities for both!
Meanwhile, at home, Lucy and I recently welcomed Baby Oliver to our family. He is a Maine Coon, which means it will not be long before he towers over Little Lu. But make no mistake, she is making sure he knows exactly who is in charge. (Hint: It is not me!) Watching their dynamic unfold has been an amusing reminder that hierarchy, leadership, and collaboration exist in all relationships, even feline ones.
Where are you finding clarity this season? I would love to hear.
Wishing you a season of renewal, alignment, and maybe a little playful mischief courtesy of my growing cat duo.
