So…at this very moment, the thing I want everyone to know is that I have finally found the perfect coffee maker. It makes the best lattes AND just regular ol’ cups of coffee. I honestly feel I’ve been fighting the battle of good coffee for years and the last two days feels like a win.
Needless to say, I’m probably over caffeinated. But I don’t care.
For me September has so far been about reflection and turning inward before we turn towards the journey into the dark months and the new year. I haven’t really experienced this need to reflect before this turn in past years, but this year it felt important. It FEELS important to take a moment and focus on where I’ve been in order to end the year with good progress.
To aid in this reflective journey, each day in September I am posting a self-love writing prompt on my Instagram (@leahfarmercoaching) and sharing my thoughts. My little online bookclub (Best Me Book Club) is reading Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, which has me thinking a lot about what gets my deepest attention. And David Whyte is using his 3 Sundays series this month to talk about deep rest.
My recent series on Finding Your Voice seems to be resonating with friends and clients as we move into navigating our goals for the next quarter and year.
For any of you interested in coaching, I am offering a special starting in October to help you prep for setting 2024 goals and resolutions. A clearing and a jump start rolled into one…
See you next week!
Xx,
L
