So May brought a whole new focus for me as I got clearer on where I would put my energy in the coming months…COACHING!
One of the most exciting parts of leadership over these past 10 or so years has been coaching others. I love helping people see themselves more clearly, and often with a set of less critical and more accurate eyes. I find joy in hearing people’s stories and in asking them questions that get them thinking about what is next or what could change to bring them more satisfaction and success.
This month I’ve taken on quite a few new individual clients and also a couple corporate clients, all while taking the Wayfinder Life Coach Training and beginning that practice as well. No two days are the same (YAY!) and my skills are growing and evolving as I talk to more people, use new tools, and stretch new muscles.

Each of these requires slightly different focus, but ultimately they are all about curiosity, connection, and courage to change. All of which tie nicely into my passion and my leadership philosophy.
